At that moment nothing else mattered to them; just the feeling of lips shifting and sliding together in the pale moonlight; just the feeling of hot bodies pressed together, heat searing through fabric, limbs tangled in a complicated web of want and love. Nothing else mattered but the tan fingers combing through raven hair, the light caressing of freckled cheeks, and the breath of two lovers mixing together as one.

They parted for a moment, blue eyes matching the lake beside them staring into ones as green as the soft grass beneath them. Cheeks were flushed, heartbeats were erratic, and nothing could have made them happier. Dick laughed at his speedster and smiled. Wally grinned and pecked his forehead.

“I love you.”

And then it began again: gentle yet feverish touches, long and deep kisses, and soft, low moans of pleasure. Nothing could have been more perfect than that moment.

Nothing else could have mattered.
